Welcome to EcoBlades Lawn Care (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including but not limited to lawn mowing, landscaping, and other related services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
- Services Provided
1.1. EcoBlades Lawn Care provides eco-friendly lawn care and maintenance services using electric, low-noise equipment.
1.2. Services are tailored based on the specific needs of each client’s property as agreed upon during consultation or booking.
1.3. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue Services if conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or beyond the scope of what was initially agreed.
- Bookings and Scheduling
2.1. Clients may schedule Services through our website, email, or phone.
2.2. All bookings are subject to availability. We will confirm appointments via email, text, or phone call.
2.3. Cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- Pricing and Payment
3.1. Prices for Services are provided during the consultation or booking process and are subject to change based on the size, complexity, or condition of the lawn or garden.
3.2. Payment is due upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3. For one-off services, upfront deposit varying between 30% – 50% may be required, depending on size, complexity, or condition of the lawn and service. The remaining balance can be due upon completion.
3.4. We accept payment via cash, credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
3.5. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest.
3.6. Any disputes regarding invoices must be raised within 7 days of receipt. Failure to do so will result in the invoice being deemed accepted.
- Environmental Commitment
4.1. All equipment used by EcoBlades Lawn Care is electric and designed to minimise noise and emissions.
4.2. We are committed to sustainable practices and encourage clients to use eco-friendly options for lawn maintenance.
4.3. While we strive to be environmentally conscious, we cannot guarantee 100% sustainability in all aspects due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., power outages requiring alternate solutions).
- Client Responsibilities
5.1. Clients must ensure safe and clear access to the property on the scheduled day of Service.
5.2. Clients are responsible for removing items such as toys, tools, or debris that could impede the performance of Services.
5.3. Clients must notify us of any specific hazards (e.g., uneven terrain, sprinkler systems) prior to the commencement of Services.
- Liability and Damages
6.1. EcoBlades Lawn Care will take reasonable precautions to avoid damage to property; however, we are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
Accidental damage caused by undisclosed hazards.
Minor cosmetic damage to hardscapes, fences, or pathways caused during normal operation.
6.2. If damage occurs due to negligence by our team, we will work with the client to resolve the issue, including repairs or reimbursement at our discretion.
6.3. Clients agree to indemnify and hold EcoBlades Lawn Care harmless for any injuries or accidents caused by conditions on the property.
- Cancellation and Refunds
7.1. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.
7.2. Refunds for prepaid Services will be provided for cancellations made within the required notice period, minus any applicable processing fees.
7.3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled Service unless due to unavoidable circumstances at our discretion.
- Privacy Policy
8.1. We value your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for providing Services and will not be shared without your consent.
8.2. Our full privacy policy is available on our website and outlines how we manage and protect your data.
- Force Majeure
9.1. EcoBlades Lawn Care is not liable for delays or failure to perform Services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or power outages.
- Amendments to Terms
10.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Governing Law
11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
